Flexy Floorwork

Slither onto the dance floor with a sexy stretch! In this class we will focus on passive & active leg flexibility, as well as upper body & core strength to properly execute fluid movement. Show off those limbs with some flattering groundwork in sensual choreography.

Long sleeve shirts, full leggings, and knee pads are recommended for protection. Across the floor exercises will be implemented with a short dance combination.
